Terms and Conditions (T&C) for I Concierge App

Article 1 - General Scope and Object of the Agreement

The following terms and conditions (T&C) govern the relationship between you as a client and Hotel Firenze Srl while interacting through our website https://hfprova2024.goodbarber.app and/or on our application I Concierge.

Navigating and/or interacting on our website and/or application means that you expressly agree to these T&C without reserve or objection.

Hotel Firenze Srl reserves the right to modify or adapt these T&C at any time and without prior notice. These T&C are directly applicable as soon as they are published on our website and/or application and/or sent to you by any means.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using, interacting, or accessing our website and/or application.

By agreeing to these T&C, you confirm that you have reached at least the legal age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence. If you are a minor, you confirm that you have all the rights and consent from your legal representatives to use our services. If you have not reached the legal age of majority, you must not use our services.

You are not entitled to use our services, website, and/or application for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

You must not attempt to hack, alter the use or functions of our services, send viruses, or conduct any other kind of attack towards our services. You must not attempt to compromise the integrity of our services.

Article 2 - Content and Intellectual Property

The content provided in our services might be accessible for free or not. Some content might require users to log in or have a valid paid subscription (e.g., in-app purchases, restricted content or sections).

If some content requires you to have an account or be registered, please refer to Article 4: "Registration Process."

The contents of our services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. All materials available on our services are protected by copyright and/or intellectual property rights.

Some content may also be protected by additional rights, including trademarks, patents, trade secrets, database rights, and other proprietary rights.

Users are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, copying, pasting, translating, selling, exploiting, or transmitting any content available through our services without explicit permission. This includes but is not limited to text, photos, images, drawings, audio content, and videos.

Article 3 - Subscription and Payment (If Applicable)

If a subscription or in-app purchase (IAP) is required to access certain features, the applicable fees will be displayed before the order is finalized.

Price and Taxes Subscription fees are shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Changes in taxes will directly apply to subscriptions.

Payment Methods Payment methods vary and will be displayed during the subscription process. All banking details and payment information are encrypted and processed securely by third-party providers.

In-App Purchases If you subscribe or purchase content through a third party (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store), these terms may not apply. In such cases, your contract is with the third party, and you must address any concerns directly with them.

Hotel Firenze Srl is not liable for any claims related to purchases made through third parties. Any issues or difficulties regarding IAP purchases must be addressed directly with the third party.

Restoring Purchases If you have made IAPs through a third party, you might be able to restore your previous purchases. This can be done using the relevant link within our application and/or website.

Article 4 - Registration Process (If Applicable)

Hotel Firenze Srl may require users to register for access to certain parts of the application or website.

Credentials and Security Each registration is intended for one user only. Sharing credentials or accounts is prohibited. Users must notify Hotel Firenze Srl immediately at info@hotel-firenze.com if they suspect unauthorized use of their account.

Third-Party Authentication Users may register through third-party services such as "Sign-in with Apple" or Google. In such cases, users must comply with the terms and privacy policies of the third-party services.

Article 5 - Warranties

Content provided through our services is made available "as is" and "as available." Hotel Firenze Srl does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content.

Article 6 - User-Generated Content and Moderation

Users uploading, posting, or submitting content must have the necessary legal rights to do so. Content must not be abusive, obscene, illegal, or discriminatory. Hotel Firenze Srl reserves the right to remove or moderate user-generated content that violates these terms without prior notice.

Article 7 - Liability

Hotel Firenze Srl is not liable for network disruptions, fraudulent use of payment methods, or any technical issues. The use of our services is at the user’s own risk.

Article 8 - Third-Party Links

Our website and/or application may contain links to third-party websites. Hotel Firenze Srl is not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party sites and is not liable for any damages incurred while accessing them.

Article 9 - Disclaimer of Warranties

While using our website and/or application, you agree that Hotel Firenze Srl is not liable for inaccuracies or incomplete information on our services. Content provided is for illustrative and informational purposes only and should not be used for decision-making without further advice.

Hotel Firenze Srl reserves the right to modify or delete content without prior notice.

Article 10 - Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Hotel Firenze Srl harmless from any claims arising from breaches of these T&C.

Article 11 - Severability

If any provision of these T&C is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Article 12 - Termination

These T&C remain in effect until terminated by either party. Users may terminate by ceasing to use the services. Hotel Firenze Srl may terminate the agreement at any time without prior notice.

Article 13 - Governing Law and Venue

These T&C are governed by Italian law. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Venezia.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds depend on applicable laws and regulations. Users should refer to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies for IAP cancellations and refunds.
